2. County Finance Associate
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria.
- Possess a degree from an accredited institution in either Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Should possess a minimum of six (6) years work experience in finance.
- Preferably, two (2) of those years should be working with United Nations or an International Financial institution.
- Candidate should be conversant with county programme analysis, finance operations management etc.
- Must be fluent in either English, Spanish, French or Arabic.
3. Quality Assurance Specialist
- Candidates applying for this position must have a proper understanding of building relationships and partnerships, communicating and negotiating, time management as well as strategic thinking and organizational development.
- Applicant of this position must have advanced university degree from a recognized institution.
- Applicant must be a graduate of either Agriculture, Rural development, international cooperation, business administration, economics, agricultural economics or related academic discipline.
- Possess relevant work experience of at least five (5) years and two (2) of which must be in a multi-cultural organization.
- Applicant should be able to communicate and write efficiently in English Language. Those that can speak French, Spanish or Arabic have an added advantage.
4. Senior HR Specialist
- An advance university degree i.e. Masters or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Management etc. are expected from applicants of this position.
- Applicant of Senior HR specialist must have eight (8) years of working experience which three (3) of that should be in the United Nations.
- Being able to speak English, French, Spanish or Arabic advances your chances.
- Possessing HR knowledge, expertise, analytical skill, risk management and project coordination are required skills.
5. Director, Sustainable Production
- Applying for this position demands a minimum of twelve (12) years working experience in a national organization.
- Applicant must have both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in either Agriculture, Agriculture economics, Finance or a technically relevant discipline.
- Leadership skill, resource management, risk management, policy dialogue, strategy implementation, excellent communication, good team spirit and interpersonal relations are mandatory skills.
6. Country Programme Coordinator
- A minimal of five (5) years’ work experience is required for this position,
- Applicant must have good knowledge of the country he or she is representing.
- Possess a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Economics, Rural Finance, Development Policy from an accredited institution is an added advantage.
